He came over, gave an estimate which we received quickly👍 and when we excepted his offer, he gave us a date that he would be installing and kept to that schedule. Jay literally saved our Christmas! He came out on Friday Dec 23rd to fix our broken furnace. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the parts in his van to replace the broken sequencer. On top of all of that, he answered all my anxious questions about our furnace. He is patient and kind on top of being a great HVAC technician.

Excellent experience in all respects with Jay from diagnosing the issues with my HVAC system, to giving me a range of different priced options to consider (some of the inexpensive options other companies bidding on my work excluded), to giving me an estimate that was easily a third cheaper than what competitors bid for the option I eventually pursued (replacement of my finicky 20-some -year-old HVAC system).

We had two different companies try and troubleshoot why our humidifier and furnace were not syncing up together. Jay figured it out in less than an hour. Different companies had proposed having to drill down into our crawl-space, or connecting them in ways that were super-inconvenient for our hall closet, but Jay figured out the simplest solution and installed it immediately. I would ONLY get Jay back to work on my HVAC! He has tons of experience, is quiet and clean, and has a gentle spirit. I'm thankful we found him.

Called Jays and he picked up the phone right away. I asked if he could look at our ac system and he said yes after 5pm. He called about 4:30 pm apologized and said he got tied up and could be there at 8am the next day and sure enough he was. He looked at our ac and fixed the problem rather quickly and he said everything else was in good working order. He also looked at our ac in the shop that was not working and fixed that also. His price was fantastic and he did not even charge me a weekend emergency fee. I was surely impressed and will use him everytime. He may be new in business but after talking with him he has many years experience he just started his own business on his own that is why it looks like he is new. Jay was efficient, thorough and very professional. He got our heater going with minimal work and quoted us a fair price to fix what else needed to be fixed. We have an old heating system that definitely needs a lot of work, so his quote was less than my husband and I thought. We’ve already booked him for the rest of the repairs that need to be done.
